FAQ

What is Permanent Jewelry?

Permanent Jewelry is the process of measuring a chain around your wrist, ankle or neck and then welding it together using a jump ring.

What are the chains made of?

The chains are 14k gold filled. This means they consist of 5% gold. They will not tarnish or turn your skin green.

Does it hurt?

No, you don't feel a thing!

How do I get it off?

If you decide you want to part ways with your jewelry, you can use scissors or wire cutters to remove it. I recommend snipping the jump ring to preserve the chain if you decide you want to re-weld it.

What if I need to cut it off for medical reasons?

No worries at all! Go ahead and snip it off. We can put it back on for a small re-weld fee of $15.

How do I take care of it?

You don't have to do a whole lot! Like any jewelry, if you see the chain is getting dull or has lost it's shine, simply take a jewelry cloth and wipe it down.
